Terms of service

By using MyDevBox you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

MyDevBox is invite only. You may hold one account, must be at least 18, and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account.

2. Invites

Invites are personal. Do not sell, publish or bulk-distribute invite codes. You vouch for the people you invite; repeated abuse by people you invited may affect your own invite allowance.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put in your box. You grant us only the licence needed to store it and show it to the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or share.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, credentials that are not yours, or content that is unlawful in South Africa. Do not attempt to access other members' private boxes or to interfere with the service.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for loss arising from downtime or data loss. Keep your own copies of anything important.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On closure your content is removed as described in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town.
